Hi, I’m Andrew, the owner and operator of AA Home & Building Inspections, a home inspections company based in Grundy County, IL. I’m a husband and father of two beautiful daughters who mean everything to me. My family is my driving force and inspiration, and I strive to provide them with the best life possible.
I’ve always had a passion for construction and sales, which led me to pursue a career in the home inspections industry. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience in this field and have become double certified, licensed, and insured to provide the best possible service to my clients.
When it comes to inspecting homes, I take pride in being thorough and diligent. I understand that a home inspection is a crucial step in the buying process, and I want my clients to feel confident and informed about their investment. In addition to providing a general home inspection, I offer thermal imaging and radon testing services to provide a more comprehensive analysis of the property. I’m also experienced in conducting various types of inspections, including phase inspections, new construction, draw inspections, insurance inspections, and light commercial inspections.
